📝 Service Agreement

Saleha Care provides professional caregivers, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality home healthcare services at your doorstep. Clients must provide a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for our staff to work efficiently and with dignity.

💳 Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our website booking form, official phone number, WhatsApp, or authorized agents. Advance payments may be required to secure your service slot. Payments must be made through approved payment methods only (e.g., bank transfer, mobile banking).

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed minus administrative charges. Saleha Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen caregiver unavailability.

Our caregivers are trained to handle assigned tasks such as nursing, elderly care, baby care, or patient care. They are not permitted to perform tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or outside the agreed scope of work.
