Service Agreement – Saleha Home Care Ltd.

Service Agreement | Part-1

Terms & Conditions:
  1. At the start of the service, the client must pay charges in advance, covering at least 15 days’ salary. This amount is refundable or adjustable at the time of service termination.
  2. The full monthly bill must be paid between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
  3. Clients must behave courteously and respectfully towards service personnel (caregivers, nannies, nurses, physiotherapists).
  4. Service personnel must not be asked to perform any tasks beyond the patient’s/baby’s needs.
  5. Domestic chores such as washing clothes, cooking, cleaning floors, sweeping, grocery shopping, etc., are strictly not permitted.
  6. Both parties must refrain from any improper or objectionable conduct. If you sense any such incident, please call the agency’s hotline immediately.
  7. If there is any negligence or mistake in work, explain it first. If the staff is unwilling to comply, call the office to lodge a complaint.
  8. Clients must commit to taking Saleha Home Care services for a minimum of one month.
  9. To discontinue the service, the client must inform the agency at least one month in advance.
  10. Service staff must not be approached with any monetary inducement to take the ongoing service privately. If such an incident is proven, Saleha Home Care Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action.
  11. To ensure the safety of the ongoing service, clients must provide copies of national ID cards of at least two family members.
  12. During night duty, if a female staff member is on duty, no male family member is allowed to enter her room alone.
  13. Depending on the nature of work, the service charges may be increased or decreased upon mutual discussion.
  14. Clients must refrain from any direct negotiation about salary with Saleha Home Care Ltd.’s on-duty staff.
  15. The client must provide the on-duty staff with two Eid bonuses per year.
  16. The client must bear the daily food and necessary supplies for the on-duty staff.
  17. If the patient/baby urinates or defecates on clothes, the client must ensure they are cleaned properly, either by washing machine or by hand.
  18. For any other matters not described in these terms, the rules of the Government of Bangladesh and NSDO will apply.
  19. Since Saleha Home Care Ltd. is a home service agency, the entire responsibility for the safety of the on-duty staff lies with the client.
  20. To ensure the client’s safety, a complete set of the recruited staff’s documents will be provided.
  21. No one can control acts of God. Therefore, no undue pressure should be placed on the staff or the agency for any unavoidable accident.
  22. Saleha Home Care Ltd. reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
